Design was nice, quiet place. Will be super once mrt station opens, and right now a quick walk to Yongkang jie. Espresso at breakfast a plus, as are laundry machines for guest use.
Sometimes style was chosen over function — shower was awkward with handle in holder. No closet, so had to hang clothes over desk.

The staff is extremely friendly and prompt to help out with whatever problem you might have. I especially appreciated the laundry machines and dryers (with complimentary washing powder) located on the 3rd floor.

I love the concept of the hotel. It was somewhat interestingly artistic. Somedays there were violinists and we had a cartoonist drawing our portraits for free! It is within walking distance to the famed din tai fung main branch, nice street to shop behind them and great shaved ice outkets, the only complain we have is the distance to the MTR. It may be only 10mins but the weather was extremely hot during our stay. But luckily the cabs cost really affordable.

Creative design and aesthetics. Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel drop- off service to the airport is excellent, as is the take-away breakfast for early travellers.
Emergency exit lighting in hotel room was not able to be switched off, disturbing our sleep.

The room was quite nice, the breakfast good with a good variety. Of the 3 hotels that I used in Taipei, this was by far the best (it was also the more expensive, but the difference was totally worth it).

Friendly staff. Thoughtful room service even including a list of food order service. Kind enough to gift me a birthday month surprise. Definitely the hotel of my choice on my next trip to Taipei.
The glass door in the bath room cur open my toe. Maybe make it rounded on the edge and corner.

We had a room with park (and mountain) view - one of the two rooms with a private terrace. Very light, airy and comfortable. Good breakfast buffet.

great family stay but some room for improvement
The breakfast buffet was a highlight, with options for all tastes. The presence of high chairs made dining easier for our little ones.
The room size felt slightly cramped for our family.
